Saudi Telecom Company (STC) has awarded a contract to US-based Corning Optical Communications to supply it with fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) solutions. The arrangement builds on the existing strategic relationship between STC and Corning, with the latter having already supplied more than 1.5 million kilometres of optical fibre to STC’s domestic network.
